Parking & Transportation will process all refund requests in accordance with the department’s refund policy. Refunds for commuter and residential parking permits will be prorated based on the date of refund.
To request for a semester permit refund, please use Parking Permit Online Refund Request Form. Refunds will be issued per policy ABS 87-36 and are based on the date of purchase. Refund checks will be mailed to the address provided on the form and may take 6 to 8 weeks.
On a prorated basis, refunds for room and board and meal plans will be provided for residential students who have left housing. Visit the Housing Fees Adjustment/Refund Notice for further details.
